Colin F. Zwally serves as Deputy District Attorney for Dauphin County, where he leads the County’s Gang Task Force and manages a wide range of serious criminal cases, including homicides, firearm offenses, and sexual misconduct. A dedicated public servant, Colin collaborates closely with law enforcement agencies and community organizations to combat gang violence through education, prevention, and enforcement.

A Harrisburg native, Colin earned his law degree cum laude from New England Law | Boston, where he served on the Law Review and received multiple academic honors. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Gettysburg College, with a minor in Business.

Colin is a member of the East Coast Gang Investigators Association, where he serves on the Executive Board as Parliamentarian. Passionate about giving back, he leverages his legal expertise and commitment to youth safety and development in his role as a Board Director of the Boys & Girls Club of Harrisburg.
