The Inspired Literacy Program is an evolution of the “Daddy & Me Program”, originally founded in Boston, Massachusetts.

The “Daddy & Me Program” was created to provide a space for fathers, grandfathers, and uncles to foster a love of reading in children, strengthening family bonds and promoting literacy.

Building on this foundation, the Inspired Literacy Program incorporates additional elements such as public speaking, creativity, and mentorship to further enrich the experience.

The Inspired Literacy Program is deeply committed to honoring the legacy of its founder, Mr. Marzuq Muhammad.  Through both his professional work and personal dedication, Mr. Muhammad tirelessly advocated for positive change, leadership, and community impact.

His vision, which began with “Daddy & Me”, continues to thrive, reaching as far as Harrisburg, PA, with plans for expansion into other communities in the near future.

The purpose of this initiative is to gently introduce the art of public speaking, inspire a lifelong love for literature, and foster creativity by encouraging individuals to express themselves confidently. connect with powerful narratives, and think innovatively.

Through these practices, we aim to cultivate a community that values self-expression, the written word, and the limitless potential of creative thought.
