One of the ways we ensure that we can serve our children is through the fundraising efforts of our annual gala. This year’s gala promises to be ‘Out of This World.’

We are bringing Dr. Bernard Harris, Jr., the first African American astronaut to walk in space, to share his inspiring story of success and determination at the gala.

Additionally he is scheduled to speak to the children of the Club, and in a select Harrisburg school about setting their sights on the stars and pushing past obstacles to create a better future for themselves.

We are able to provide a child with year round food, mentoring, security and the learning enrichment necessary for a Brighter Future for just $5.63 a day or $2,057 a year.

In addition to fully supporting 12 children at the Club for a year, your partnership would include 16 tickets at the gala, a private meet and greet with Dr. Bernard Harris at the event, recognition on printed and digital materials, and 12 spotlight stories about the children supported by your gift.

The ‘Out of This World’ Gala will be held on November 1, 2019 at the Harrisburg Hilton with the reception beginning at 5:30pm and the dinner beginning at 6:30pm.

Thank you for your consideration and for helping us build a better future for the children of Harrisburg.
