STEVIE C. BLACKSTON II - CCTS, MBA - V.P. WILMINGTON TRUST N.A.

Stevie is a Relationship Manager – Vice President in the Global Capital Markets division of Wilmington Trust N.A.; providing trustee, administrative, and nexus services to corporate and other institutional clients with a primary focus on state and local governments and student loan transactions.

He holds an MBA from Lebanon Valley College, and a bachelor’s degree in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University. Stevie completed the Corporate Trust School of the Cannon Financial Institute and holds his Certified Corporate Trust Specialist designation from The Institute of Certified Bankers.

Stevie is passionate about his community, serving on the Board of Directors for the Hamilton Health Center, the Mt. Calvary Church of God in Christ, as well as being an adjunct professor at Lebanon Valley College.

A lifelong resident of the Harrisburg area, Stevie and his wife are the proud parents of two amazing children.
